Lavender is one of my favorite essential oils!  It’s often called the”first aid kit” of essential oils because it’s so versatile.  Lavender is a very calming and gentle oil. We use lavender in combination with peace and calming or cedarwood to help us sleep.  I also love to use it in a blend that helps soothe dry skin.  We also use it with peppermint and lemon when our allergies flare up. It can be used for burns,  for cuts and bruises, for seasonal relief, for diaper rash, for stress, eczema, sunburn, detox baths and this is just the tip of the iceberg!  On top of all these amazing uses I enjoy defusing it because it smells so good!
